Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
How to Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at service@comeydries.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return.
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, if available.
How to Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, contact us at service@comeydries.com with your order number and the details of the product you would like to exchange.
- We will guide you through the exchange process and inform you of the availability of the desired item.
Processing Exchanges:
- Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send out the replacement item within 3-5 business days.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@comeydries.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
